Port of Call
There are at least two artists named Port of Call:
1. Port Of Call is an indie band from Leiden, The Netherlands. That is to say: the first two Port Of Call albums (2012's Ten Feet of Wind and 2016's Our Body is Like an Ocean, It Changes) were essentially singer/songwriter albums by Pieter van Vliet. By 2019, however, Port Of Call had become a full band, their first full-length outing being the album Clear Memories (June 2019).
As a songwriter Port of Call extensively toured Canada (coast to coast), Switzerland, Portugal, Italy and Germany. Van Vliet is a former member of the international folk collective Folk Road Show. Port Of Call performed at major Dutch festivals such as Oerol, Zwarte Cross and Welcome to the Village.
