Anticops

In the year 1998 the city of Berlin gave birth to a new ugly monster, known as ANTICOPS. They took no prisoners as they beat their way forward, playing an uncompromising raw form of hardcore. Their musical background shows a rich history and understanding of hardcore music in a live and studio atmosphere, having previously been members of various bands in the berlin scene. With their name and presence in the scene, ANTICOPS didn't remain secret for too long, quickly establishing themselves in the local hardcore scene and over the years performing on stage supporting national and international acts. Their live performance went from strength to strength and they backed this up with a d.i.y. released debut record. Their sound sticks to the classic hardcore roots, moving effortlessly from brutal mosh to hi-speed "knock-you-out" parts, building solid verse passages up to gang-like chorus singalongs. Wherever they play, the mosh is there... Whilst working for the forthcoming album, a final line-up change took place. With this change the killing machine is now complete.
